Akiira Geothermal involves the development, construction, and operation of a 140 MW geothermal power plant in Kenya’s Rift Valley. The project aligns with Kenya’s national energy transition strategy and supports regional decarbonisation and energy diversification in East Africa.

ImpacFin is mandated to structure and coordinate capital raising from private investors—including family offices, infrastructure funds, and sovereign investors. Our mandate covers financial modelling, capital structuring strategy, investor positioning, and targeted outreach.
